• OMG Home only deliver to Peninsular Malaysia at the moment, except for Island Area without Linked bridge from Mainland (eg: Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Tioman, etc)
• OMG Home will normally processed & send out your order from our warehouse within 14 days.
• Please ensure the address & contact number provided are accurate, in order for our team make contact with you for delivery scheduling.
• Unfortunately, we cannot delivery one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

Courier Delivery

• Your order will be handed over to our courier service partner once it’s ready to deliver.
• Airway Bill Number or Tracking number will be provided to customer once the parcel being handed over to our courier partner.
• There won’t be any pre-arranged schedule on the first delivery attempt, kindly follow up closely on the Airway Bill No/ Tracking No provided.
• There will be a second delivery attempt if failed to deliver at the 1st attempt.

Truck Delivery

• For bulky deliveries, we will schedule the delivery with you in advance to have a mutually agreed delivery date & time.
• In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
• Regarding any changes on the mutually agreed delivery schedule, kindly inform us 2 days before the actual delivery date for necessary arrangement, else extra delivery charges will be imposed.
• Only one-time change at max on the delivery schedule is allowed once you have first confirmed the delivery schedule.
• Truck Delivery are available on Monday – Saturday, excluding Sunday & Public Holiday.

Buyer’s Responsibility

• Ensure there are someone available to receive the stock(s) at the agreed date and time.
• Ensure all information provided are accurate, and remain contactable on the agreed date and time.
• Ensure to apply all necessary permit/pass a day before OMG perform the delivery.
• Ensure that there are sufficient space for OMG to unload the stocks.
