WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE POLICY
OMG HOME (BKT JALIL) SDN BHD (hereinafter “OMG”) warranty and maintenance includes only category under FURNITURE and MATTRESS per our OMG Product and Package Listing only, which are provided and installed by OMG.
Depending on the condition of the furniture, OMG will send Maintenance Team to either repair the furniture, or exchange the furniture 1 for 1, terms and conditions applied.
OMG Maintenance Team will assess the condition and damage of the furniture before any repair or replacement to be made, which will be classified under “defect” and “wear and tear”.
OMG reserves sole and all rights to change warranty and maintenance policy when it sees fits.
1. How to make a warranty and maintenance claim?
A warranty claim can be informed through customer service WhatsApp (+60103808983) and/or email ([email protected]).
2. Who is eligible for warranty and maintenance claim?
Customer purchased with full payment and active Subscribers without outstanding payments that have subscribed to OMG’s Subscription Plan enjoy our warranty and maintenance.
3. What is the duration of warranty and maintenance policy?
Subscribers/Customers enjoy the warranty and maintenance policy based on the items outlined in Clause No. 5. The duration for the warranty and maintenance policy is 12 months from the day Customer/Subscribers received the goods.
4. What is the condition that are eligible for warranty claim?
Item that are identified as “Manufacturer Defect” are eligible for warranty claim, normal “defects due to faulty usage” or “wear & tear” will not be covered under warranty.
5. What types of items are entitled for warranty claim?
Only the below is entitled under warranty claims, please refer to below table:

Defective Furniture / Mattress
Defective furniture / mattress is due to structural malfunction and that the Product itself hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured. Subscribers are to ensure that the goods, along with any complementary items such as accessories or related add-ons that comes with the defective products to be fully returned to OMG as per originally received by Subscriber. These products usually will be faulty in 1st to 3rd month of usage.
Wear and Tear and Damage
Wear and tear is due to prolonged usage of the Products, causing it to not function in the perfect way that it used to be. Wear and tear of these Products ordinarily would occur over time. In addition, any damage caused by Subscriber/Customers or any 3rd party other than it being defective due to manufacturer will not subject to this Warranty and Maintenance Clause.
