When will I be able to get the items if I order them?
- Our warehouse will send out your order within 14days upon order received, an Airway Bill number will be provided, once the parcel handed over to our courier partner.
Can I still amend or cancel my order after checking out?
- All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout. Kindly ensure everything is checked and correct prior placing your order.
What happens if my order has an out of stock item?
- Out of stock item(s) will be cancelled from your order. The remainder of your order will be shipped, and you will be refunded for the cancelled item(s). Please allow 14-20 working days for the refund to went through.
How do I search for item(s) on OMG website?
- Simply key in the product name or product reference code in our search bar, and hit the “Enter” button. You may also browse our items via category, if you are unsure what are you looking for.
Does placing an item(s) into my shopping cart secure my order?
- Your order is only secure when you have made payment, and received the payment invoice.
What are the currency I will be charged in?
- All prices stated on our site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Orders will also be charged in MYR.

What is OMG Subscription and how does it work?
- OMG Subscription is an installment plan by OMGPAYLATER.com itself, split your payment to 12 months with 0% interest rate. Simply bind any of your debit/credit card to OMGPAYLATER.com, payment will be charged from your account monthly.
Will OMG Subscription affect my CTOS rating?
- OMG Subscription plan does not reflect into CTOS, meaning to say this subscription plan does not affect your CTOS Score, you can also proceed with other investment hassle-free.
Is it possible to change the address of my order after checking out?
- Drop us an email via [email protected] if you encounter this issue. However, we strongly recommend to double confirm on the delivery address before checking out, to prevent difference on the delivery charges.
I have made duplicate payments, what should I do to be refunded?
- Drop us an email via [email protected] if you encounter this issue. We will escalate to our Finance Department to confirm if there is any duplicate payment received, allow us 7 working days for the refund amount into your payment account.
What should I do if I receive item with defects?
- Kindly drop us an email via [email protected] within 7 days upon receiving any item(s) with defects. It is advisable to attach with images & videos of defects, to ease our customer service officer on identifying the issue. We will get back you within 2 working days, with advise on how should we proceed next.

- All order(s) are final upon checkout, we do not practice change of mind policy.
How do I receive my refund & How long will it takes for me to receive my refund?
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days upon refund confirmation, the amount will be refund back into card/account that you made your payment.
Where does OMGPAYLATER.com ship to?
- OMGPAYLATER.com deliver ONLY within Peninsular Malaysia, EXCEPT for Island that have no linked bridge (eg: Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman, Labuan & etc)
How long will I be able to receive my order?
